What's New Feb. 15 2009

Since the web site has been up we have been having difficulties with losing the menu system on the site. After the 4th time in the last five years we have come to the conclusions that using Front Page to design our site was casuing our problems. When its happens its take quite a bit of work to rebuilt by the time every page is redone. So we have rebuilt the site with a different software program and it should solve most of the problems.
