| VE3TBR repeater has gone though many updates over the last 30 years. The most recent installed April 2008, this update was a complete rebuilt with everything replaced and updated. Because of constant interference on the old repeater we changed the frequencies to 145.490 Mhz - offset and added a pl tone of 100 Hz. The repeatersVHF and UHF are both a Motorola MSR 2000. The controller is a link-comm RLC4, capable of using 4 ports if the need come alone. Also added was a APRS digi for the city of Thunder Bay using a shinwa mobile radio and a MFJ TNC 1270. |
